The Flynn Company is pleased to announce the signing of a lease renewal for 107,752 square feet by Acculogix at 400 Crossing Drive. Acculogix is a provider of complete CTM Management Services including project management, labeling, storage and distribution for pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical companies. The Flynn Company represented the landlord, Little Britain Holdings, in the transaction.

3600 Marshall lane

Bensalem, PA

Medimmune, the makers of Flu Mist, a flu vaccine administered by nasal spray, has renewed their lease at 3600 Marshall Lane. The property is a free standing, 64,000 square foot building located in the Expressway 95 Industrial Park. The Flynn Company represented the landlord, Cobalt Capital Partners, in the transaction.

4550 New Linden Hill Road – Linden Park

Newark, DE
The Red Clay Consolidated School District signed a long term lease for 44,137 square feet at Linden Park in Pike Creek. The school district moved their administrative offices to the building. The Flynn Company’s Delaware office represented the Landlord in the transaction. The 105,000 square foot office building is now 100% leased.

The Wanamaker Building

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, in their first move across the Schuykill River from University City, completed a 58,000 square foot lease at The Wanamaker Building. The Flynn Company represented CHOP in the transaction.

The Flynn Company investment sales team completed the sale of 10 buildings with total consideration of over $113 million during the third quarter of this year.

Wilmington, DE
Five lease transactions were completed by The Flynn Company at Linden Park in Pike Creek, Delaware. Leases were signed by American Guaranty & Trust Co. (10,831 sf ), H&R Block (2,750 sf), Nichino America (3,889 sf ), Elizabeth Souther Insurance (1,619 sf ) and Wheeler, Wolfenden & Dware (8,215 sf).

The Flynn Company represented the landlords in four lease transactions totaling 308,263 square feet in Bucks County Business Park: PSI Group, Inc inked a lease at 2251 Cabot Blvd.; CTX Logistics leased 169,000 square feet at 38 Cabot Blvd. East; a 20,363 square foot lease was executed by Data Core at 2221 Cabot Blvd. and K Technologies Corporation leased space at 2000 Cabot.
