The property is a free standing, 64,000 square foot building located in the Expressway 95 Industrial Park. The Flynn Company represented the landlord, Cobalt Capital Partners, in the transaction. |

The Red Clay Consolidated School District signed a long
term lease for 44,137 square feet at Linden Park in Pike
Creek. The school district moved their administrative
offices to the building. The Flynn Company’s Delaware
office represented the Landlord in the transaction. The
105,000 square foot office building is now 100% leased. |

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia,
in their first move across the Schuykill River from University
City, completed a 58,000 square foot lease at The Wanamaker
Building. The Flynn Company represented CHOP in the transaction. |
