The Flynn Company represented DP Partners in the November 2010 sale of 1150 Commerce Boulevard, a 599,500 SF warehouse facility within the prestigious LogistiCenter at Logan industrial complex in Logan Township, New Jersey.  The property is a Class A, LEED certified facility constructed in 2009 and leased by Kimberly-Clark Corporation.  Northwestern Mutual acquired the facility for $35,500,000 which equated to a 7.39% capitalization rate.

Allentown, PA

The Flynn Company represented the seller of a 508,138 SF technology and office campus to Trident in May of 2010.  The campus was 73% occupied at the time of sale and traded for $33,000,000.

 


630 Clark Avenue
King of Prussia, PA

Brandywine Realty Trust was represented by The Flynn Company in the sale of 630 Clark Avenue, a 50,000 SF data center building leased by Verizon Communications was sold to a private investor from California for $3,610,000 in September, 2010.  The buyer executed a 1031 tax-deferred exchange in transacting the property.

Philadelphia, PA

The Flynn Company represented Continental Properties in the August 2010 sale of a 75,000 SF industrial building within the Byberry East Industrial Park to Cabot Properties.  The multi-tenant building was 85% occupied at the time of sale and sold for $48 per square foot.

6845 Snowdrift
Lehigh Valley, PA

The Flynn Company represented Cohen Asset Management in the sale of 6845 Snowdrift Road.  The 93,000 SF facility, located in the Iron Run Corporate Center, was sold to a private entity for $4,900,000.
