Since April of 2005 Michael has specialized in both landlord and tenant representation in the Eastern Montgomery and Bucks County markets. Throughout his career with The Flynn Company Michael has successfully participated in the negotiation of more than $60,000,000 of industrial and office leasing and sales transactions. In the last year alone he has brokered over 340,000 SF of deals.
He currently represents 35 buildings totaling nearly 2,000,000 SF of rentable area of which 559,000 SF is available for sale or lease. The total aggregate value of his properties listed for sale is nearly $35 million.
Michael represents local and national Landlords such as Line Lexington Management Corporation, CDK Partners, REIT Management, Silverang Hallowell Development Company, Corvest Realty, Cohen Asset Management and MNOP, Inc
His 2014 transactions include the renewal of FedEx ground in their 151,093 SF building at The Montgomeryville Business Campus. Other recent transactions include the negotiation of a 112,000 SF industrial lease at 1510 Gehman Road in Harleysville to Deacon Industrial Supply on behalf of Cohen Asset Management and a the representation of Berk Wiper Converting Company in their acquisition of a 275,000 SF industrial building in Boyertown.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with degrees in advertising and business, Michael currently resides in Conshohocken, Pa. Michael is a member of the Montgomery County Economic Development Corp.
