Brendan joined The Flynn Company in 2004 and is a sales and leasing representative for the firm in Center City Philadelphia. His responsibilities include representing both Landlords and Tenants in leasing office space as well as handling sales transactions in the City of Philadelphia.
Brendan’s current responsibilities include representing SEPTA in leasing their 670,000 SF headquarters office building at 1234 Market Street, Equity Commonwealth in leasing their 100,000 SF office building at 1525 Locust Street and The Kaiserman Company in leasing their 215,000 SF office building at 325 Chestnut Street. Other notable clients that Brendan has completed deals with are Tower Development, P&A Associates, Intech Construction, Citizens Bank, The Marriott Foundation, Beneficial Bank, U3 Advisors and Patriot Parking.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Brendan received his Communication Studies degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Sales Associate Real Estate License in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia as well as a board member of the Holy Ghost Prep alumni association. Brendan is a Yardley, Pennsylvania native and currently resides in Center City Philadelphia.
