Property Management's highly qualified staff handles all types of commercial, industrial and retail real estate for both the owner investor and the owner occupant.

Property management is responsible for approximately 18 million square feet of net and gross leased properties, either supervising or performing the actual maintenance - a feature most companies do not offer.

The Flynn Company's property management expertise is distinctive in its ability to provide construction capabilities wherever and whenever needed.This unique capability simplifies such procedures as estimates for tenant fit-outs, and other construction related requirements.

Space planning/Construction
The firm's staff has C.A.D. drafting capability to produce a client's floor plan and prepare construction estimates with preliminary specifications within five working days. This service is usually offered to clients at no additional cost.

Accounting
The Flynn Company's accounting group develops it's financial reporting to meet each client's individual needs. We currently run MRI, YARDI and Timberline property management accounting systems. Accounting data is transmitted to each client by data upload, file transfer and/or paper copy in accordance with the reporting requirements of the client.
