Formed in 1980, The Flynn Company emerged from the nucleus of the Pennsylvania operation of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, a national real estate firm which had developed three major industrial parks in King of Prussia and Bucks County, as well as a major high-rise office building in center city Philadelphia. Under the leadership of Kevin Flynn, the firm has continued the development of significant real estate in this region.
