Since April 2005 Michael has specialized in both
landlord and tenant representation in the Eastern Montgomery and Bucks County markets.

Throughout his career with The Flynn Company Michael has successfully negotiated more than $25,000,000 in office and industrial leasing and sales transactions. In the last year alone he has brokered over 200,000 SF of deals. He currently represents 35 buildings totaling 1,800,000 SF of rentable area of which 496,000 SF is available for sale or lease. The total aggregate value of his properties listed for sale is nearly $18 million.

Michael represents local and national Landlords such as Line Lexington Management Corporation, CDK Partners, HRPT Properties Trust, Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, Gelt Properties, Cohen Asset Management and MNOP, Inc. His 2010 and 2011 transactions include the sale of an unlisted 9000 SF flex unit at 4300 Old Bethlehem Pike in Telford to VMD Machine Co on the behalf of MNOP as the sole broker involved in the transaction, the 112,000 SF lease transaction at 1510 Gehman Road in Harleysville to Deacon Industrial Supply and the renewal and expansion of Nextgen Pharmaceuticals in 98,000 SF of office space at 795 Horsham Road in Horsham, as a participating junior broker.
