The 1,463 SF parcel, situated on the corner of Front and Laurel Streets had zoning approval for a structure with three (3) residential units and three (3) accessory parking spaces. The parcel was vacant land at the time of sale, but schematic plans were in-place to build three (3) two (2) bedroom units.
With a tremendous location in the heart of Northern Liberties and adjacent to the burgeoning Penn Treaty Village entertainment complex that includes The Fillmore, Punch Line Philly and Revolutions Bowling, The Flynn Company was able to secure a buyer for the property in only 18 days on the market. Ultimately, the property went to settlement less than 4 months after being offered for sale. The Buyer did not disclose plans for the property moving forward.
